Business Continuity and Redundancy

Care Management International's operating facilities are based on a multi-location redundant systems model in order to ensure recovery and business continuity in the event of a disaster.

Power
» Gas based generator sets, uninterruptible power supply (‘UPS’) units for critical equipment and component-level redundancies in place for back-up components

» Periodic testing and analysis performed on a regular basis to ensure readiness

Connectivity
»No single points of failure

»Significant internet bandwidth capacity

Core Networking Equipment
»Core switching equipment fully redundant at all sites

»Standby equipment at alternate offshore delivery sites for standard networking equipment

Back-up Systems
»Alternate operating locations are used as off-site backup locations

»All backup media stored in fire-resistant cabinets at both on-site and off-site locations

Disaster Recovery Sites
»For recovery of critical business processes, CARE strategy is based on a reciprocal usage of its offshore delivery centers which act as ‘warm’ disaster recovery sites for each other.
