About CARE

Care Management International, Inc. (CARE) is a US corporation headquartered in New Jersey operating a second US office in Massachusetts with two state-of-the-art operating facilities in Pune, India. CARE was established in 2006 for the purpose of delivering utilization management, case management, pharmacy management, radiology management, and disease management support services to healthcare payors, pharmacy benefit managers, vendors, disease management companies, and providers.

Our company is owned by a small number of private investors with a passion for working with and investing in new and innovative business models that show significant potential to improve the quality of healthcare. CARE is not owned nor funded by any institutional investors, corporations, or private equity funds allowing us to maintain a long-term focus on bringing totally innovative solutions to the complex and challenging healthcare market. Members of our Board of Directors are internationally renowned in a variety of disciplines and contribute significantly to management’s existing expertise.

In order to help revolutionize healthcare, our company is pioneering the application of smart sourcing and delivers its innovative solutions to healthcare companies with an emphasis on enhancing their core competencies and effectiveness in care management. CARE’s services are designed by healthcare experts and apply new techniques, global resources, and advanced technology solutions to drive positive clinical outcomes and create true market differentiation for clients.

By using expert clinical and non-clinical talent, working in HIPAA-compliant state-of-the-art facilities, our smart-sourcing model gives healthcare companies the ability to enhance the value of their medical management programs. Our approach determines which elements of a medical management process can be conducted offshore, onshore, or with technology and creates customized programs that achieve superior results by applying “the right talent, to the right task, at the right time, using the right cost structure.” This expert-based methodology not only lowers costs but also facilitates innovation.

Since becoming operational in 2006, our company has grown to nearly 200 employees and is now truly a global enterprise legally organized in three countries. We operate a range of healthcare products and through an expansion of our capabilities, now operate non-healthcare products with the addition of some very high quality staff providing service to companies in the publishing, ecommerce, and financial services industries since 2000.

We deliver our programs and provide our services from a variety of locations via in-bound and out-bound telephone, email, live-chat support, and traditional internal office methods, and we are available around-the-clock, both on a real-time basis during our clients' business hours, and on a consultative or flex-time basis at any time.
